THE ASSESSMENT PROCESS

MOBILE FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT DATA COLLECTION

Assessors highlight all non-compliances and potential risks in your business.  The assessor will fill out the report whilst they are attending your premises and work with you throughout the process. Any risks that are apparent on the assessment will be flagged on the report. All non-compliances that are high risk will be highlighted to you before the assessor leaves your site.

PROPERTY SUMMARY

The property summary provides a detailed interactive account of each property including location information, floor plans, photos and contact details. The management overview features a unique colour-coded visual risk meter detailing if the building is currently classed as low, medium or high risk enabling you to view at a glance whether actions are required. Your Interactive Log Book is kept secure by storing it online and can be instantly updated at any time.

RISK ASSESSMENT

Risks are listed in colour-coded priority, so you easily assess what needs to be addressed immediately. Live updates allow you to easily manage the progress on each risk assessment ensuring you are always up-to-date.

ACTION PLAN

Action Plans are created to provide the most cost effective solutions for any areas a premises fails to comply with current legislation. A jargon-free report provides a summary of colour coded risks, listed in order of priority. Each risk has a detailed report covering:

  • Why it is not compliant with fire regulations

  • What needs to be done

  • Its location

  • Who is responsible

  • When it needs to be completed

Each action includes notes from our assessor, floor plans and photos to show you exactly what and where the issues are.

ARCHIVE

Completed action plan: Once a remedial action that was recommended in the Action Plan has been completed and signed off, simply click the archive button and it is moved to the archive section. This provides an audit trail of everything you have achieved in making your premises safe and legally compliant. This also automatically creates a lower risk profile on the Property Summary page meaning that your risk rating will continue to go down as the remedial actions are completed.
